Transmec Motors first opened on the Gold Coast in 1984.  The original owners David Tranter and Bill McCraith created a specialist mechanical workshop servicing all makes and models of European vehicles. February 2017 saw big changes for Transmec Motors with David retiring.

Owners Graeme and Jenny Stoddart are very excited to continue the Transmec Motors name and service.  Graeme, a specialist European Mechanic completed his apprenticeship with Mercedes-Benz (Sydney) in the 1990's.  Since this time, Graeme has owned his own business (Silverline Automotive, Southport) and worked at various European Mechanical Workshops across Sydney and the Gold Coast.
